It’s not a magic wand for lacking motivation. It’s not a miracle pill or therapy. Transformational growth coaching is more than a listening ear or an accountability partner.

I bring 20 years of entrepreneurial experience … lots of success and struggle, training and development in business, mindset, spiritual and emotional health, all while being intentional in my family life.

About Me

40-ish years of living.
20-ish as an entrepreneur.
I’m a father and husband.
Raised in Detroit, now in Phoenix.
I’ve earned multiple degrees (BS and MDiv) and received a few coaching certifications; all in the pursuit of growing myself and growing others.

My Coaching Process

1. An initial meeting to see if we are a good fit and if my program can help you.

2. An assessment of what’s all on your plate, your capacity to commit to change. 

3. We build a playbook of the areas where you need to focus on for the next 6 months.

4. Setup a weekly rhythm of calls to measure progress, discuss challenges, and gain insights on what’s working.
