WHO’S IN THE ROOM

I help leaders hand real work to AI — and trust the machines with it.

For two decades I’ve sat between the people who run businesses and the systems they’re betting on. Now that work is agents: what to delegate, where the guardrails go, and how teams stay accountable once the machines start doing the doing.

On stage I keep it plain — no hype, no jargon. Just the frameworks, the live teardowns, and the honest post-mortems that help a room decide what to hand off next.
