We are continuing to look at a sermon that I preached a while back, to mine and pull out excerpts of revelation and teaching.
Today we will look a segment that gets into the prices we pay to obey God.
There are two main verses, the first is Matthew 13:45-46 which says… “Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant seeking beautiful pearls, 46 who, when he had found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had and bought it.
The second verse is from Matthew 16:13-20, but I was read that in the message. Let’s take a listen.
So the idea that I take from this segment of the message — and the practical application is to realize that we each have to walk our own journey in God on earth. And with wisdom, we can recognize that not everyone who loves us understands us. But still we need to be committed and faithful to whatever we feel God leading us to do.
