Black & White – Insufficient thought vehicles

What happens when you only see in black and white?

How much of life’s details are ignored? How much diversity, variation and options are missed?

There are likely infinite shades between black and white if you’re open to them.

I think we limit our options if we choose insufficient thought vehicles.

Take this scenario-

What if you were driving down a road and come to an intersection w/only a left and right turn. Seeing only in black and white is like choosing that a car is you only mode of transportation.

So not only does the curb limit you, you next realize that there are traffic laws that govern your choice as well.

But that’s not all— you also have gas needs; oil and tire maintenance – and a whole new list of limitations and principles to consider as you decide how to move forward.

But what if you decided not to use the car?

There are other vehicles like motorcycles and bicycles, and even walking/jogging that could take you to your destination.

The laws that govern driving don’t govern walking.

Yes, it may take longer — but that’s (a) not necessarily true and (b) no one said you couldn’t use a car in future.

Right now you’re at a fork in the road, and you want to go straight; how about choosing the vehicle that doesn’t limit you.
